54ـ وَبِهَذَا الاسْنَادِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفُضَيْلِ عَنِ الرِّضَا (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ قُلْتُ قُلْ بِفَضْلِ الله وَبِرَحْمَتِهِ فَبِذلِكَ فَلْيَفْرَحُوا هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِمَّا يَجْمَعُونَ قَالَ بِوَلايَةِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ (عَلَيْهم السَّلام) هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِمَّا يَجْمَعُ هَؤُلاءِ مِنْ دُنْيَاهُمْ.

Published English translation

54. Through the same chain of narrators it is narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ‘Umar ibn ‘Abd al-‘Aziz from Muhammad ibn al-Fudayl who has said the following “I asked al-Rida (a.s.) about the words of Allah. “(Muhammad), tell them, “To be happy with the favors and mercy of God is better than whatever you accumulate.” (10:58) The Imam (a.s.) said, “To acknowledge the Wilaya of the family of Muhammad (s.a.) is better than all that they accumulate of the worldly gains.”
