Published English translation

10. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Marwak ibn ’Ubayd from Ahmad ibn al-Nadr from a man who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), once asked, ‘What do they say about a man who has missed two Rak‘at of the Imam’s Salah (prayer)?’ I replied, ‘They say that he is to recite al-Hamd and Surah (chapter) in them.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘He turns his Salah (prayer) backward by making its first the last.’ I then asked, ‘How is he to do it?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘He recites al-Fatihah al-Kitab in every Rak‘at.’”

Publisher content rights, translator attribution and structural checks, with independent publisher-page spot checks—not scholarly authentication or printed-edition collation. Historical text and scholarly reference strings may contain source errors; they are not silently corrected. No full commentary prose or inferred narrator identity is added. Muʿjam coverage, where present, is only the supplied excerpt, not the complete work.
