Published English translation

12. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Amir from Ali ibn Mahziyar from Hammad ibn ‘Isa from Shu’ayb from abu Basir who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not an offense if a man performs Salah (prayer) with his clothes on his back and shoulder to allow them to hang downward to the ground and he does not use it as a bed-sheet, as I am told it is done so.’”

verification Note
Publisher content rights, translator attribution and structural checks, with independent publisher-page spot checks—not scholarly authentication or printed-edition collation. Historical text and scholarly reference strings may contain source errors; they are not silently corrected. No full commentary prose or inferred narrator identity is added. Muʿjam coverage, where present, is only the supplied excerpt, not the complete work.
