Original Arabic text
10ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أُذَيْنَةَ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ وَبُكَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ لَيْسَ فِي الْجَوْهَرِ وَأَشْبَاهِهِ زَكَاةٌ وَإِنْ كَثُرَ.
Published English translation
10. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Hammad from ibn ’Udhaynah from Zurarah Bukayr who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘Zakat is not due on gems even if it becomes a large amount.’”
