Original Arabic text
Published English translation
3. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn abu Hamzah from virtuous servant (of Allah) who has said the following: “Once a mother of the child of his father asked him (the Imam) (a.s.), saying, ‘I pray to Allah to keep my soul in service for your cause, I like to ask you a question but I feel shy. He (the Imam) said, ‘Ask and do not feel shy.’ She said, ‘My clothes have come in contact with blood of Hayd (menses) and I wash them, but its marks do not go away. He (the Imam) said, ‘Dye them with Mishq (a kind of dye) to mix its color and it will go away.’”

- Publisher content rights, translator attribution and structural checks, with independent publisher-page spot checks—not scholarly authentication or printed-edition collation. Historical text and scholarly reference strings may contain source errors; they are not silently corrected. No full commentary prose or inferred narrator identity is added. Muʿjam coverage, where present, is only the supplied excerpt, not the complete work.
