Published English translation

2. Ali has narrated from his father and a number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad all from ibn Mahbub from Dawud al- Riqqiy, from a man of his people who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has stated this Hadith. ‘Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Glorious, for one’s escorting the dead body of a believing person until it (the dead body) is buried, assigns seventy thousand angels of the escorting ones to escort him (escorting person) and ask forgiveness for him from the time he is taken out of his grave to the station (for Judgment).”’

Publisher content rights, translator attribution and structural checks, with independent publisher-page spot checks—not scholarly authentication or printed-edition collation. Historical text and scholarly reference strings may contain source errors; they are not silently corrected. No full commentary prose or inferred narrator identity is added. Muʿjam coverage, where present, is only the supplied excerpt, not the complete work.
